Leadership Assessment

A collaborative, developmental approach to leadership assessment enabling senior leaders to maximise their performance and impact.

The approach involves a comprehensive insight report based on a range of data sources (psychometrics, 360 feedback interviews, personal reflections, in-depth interview with psychologist).  This is then shared with the individual and used to create a development plan to drive personal performance.  Collated results are shared with the Board and used to inform wider decisions. Our approach is based on 4 core elements of leadership which are tailored to reflect organisational priorities.
